I just finished my last cleanse\detox of the year. If you’ve been following my blog you will know that I’m a big fan of the 10 days green smoothie cleanse by JJ Smith. My all-time favorite cleansing regime which involves plenty of healthy and organic way of eating while flushing the toxic out of my body. I became a Believer a little over a year ago and it has been the best decision I’ve made for my health and wellness thus far.
I had a little set back this fall due to some important matters that I had to take care of which required almost 3 months in preparation. During those months I slacked off a little and gained a few pounds that won’t see the lights of 2018 IJN.
I USUALLY POST FOR EACH DAY OF THE CLEANSE INCLUDE VIDEOS AND PICTURES UPDATES!! NOT THIS TIME AROUND!
First off, It’s super time-consuming having to prepare your meal and then take pictures and videos to do a blog post. Instead I decided to atleast cover day #10, being that it’s the last detox of the year and the last day of the detox!! Check out the recipe for day #10 after green smoothie cleanse below.
Day 10: pineapple Kale
2 handfuls kale
2 cups water
1 1\2 cups frozen peaches
2 handfuls pineapple chunks
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed powder (Optional)
Place leafy greens and water into a blender and blend until mixture is a green juice-like consistency. Stop blender and add remaining ingredients. Blend until creamy.
