It has been nearly 3 months since my last visit to the gym and I’m regretfully noticing it every day that goes by. I can definitely say walking around the neighborhood plays a huge role in most successful weight loss stories but eventually you’ll have to switch your game up and hit the gym to really melts those unwanted calories.
I’m not going to beat myself up about it, but I’m definitely going to say this once and for all, “Everyone falls off the wagon sometimes. You just need to be able to get back on”. Woosah woosah…. Okay! I’m Ready!!
Ironically, I started my weight-loss Journey around this time last year and I’m thankful and blessed to have lost over 80 lb.
I am determined to hit the gym not tomorrow but TONIGHT!! I know it’s not going to be easy and I don’t expect it to be, but I know it’s a action I must take tonight and stop with the procrastination.
I’m hoping by the time I finish writing this blog post it would be the conclusion of tonight’s Rachel Maddow Show so I can put my sneakers on and head out the door and get my workout on. Oh yeah, FYI, I’m a big fan of The Rachel Maddow Show hahaha
