Jump-Start Your New Year’s Resolution

I can’t believe how fast this year went by. Winter is here and so are the holidays, what better time is there then to take control of your health and fitness and start planning your new year resolution.

We’re nearing the end of the year and this girl going out with a Big Bang!! stepping into the upcoming year 90pounds lighter. My goal is to drop 100 pounds by the end of the year but whois complaining. I’m currently on day eight of the 10 Days Green Smoothie Cleanse and my final Cleanse of the year. I can’t wait to get on the scale In two days and wow myself.I encourage everyone to not wait till January 1 to start planning your new year resolution. I strongly believe I was able to accomplished most of  my goals this year because I planned ahead and was working towards my goal before new year’s day 2017


Make a plan that is easy to implement
This year, I want you to be more decisive and more organized, so I want you to take your journal or a piece of paper, and write down your New Year’s resolutions. The fewer the better. In this guide, I will take weightloss as one example.

So keep your plan clear and easy to start. You will also have to stay motivated throughout the whole endeavor, but having a roadmap to guide you through the steps is essential.
