I can’t believe how fast this year went bye.  Oh well,  we are still alive and well and few days away from witnessing a new year.  So I’m absolutely thankful!!! I could easily say, I’ve become addicted to overnight oatmeal recipes.   I don’t know if it’s because it’s easier to prepare or the delicious taste when indulging it in the morning.  Regardless of the addiction,  it’s absolutely healthy and packed with all the wonderful nutritions your body needs for the day and beyond.

Ingredients Includes:

Whole Grain Rolled Oats, Honey, Almonds, Quinoa, Toasted Coconut, Flaxseed, Salt, Natural Flavor, Blueberries, BlackBerries, Raisins and dry Strawberries.

At night, simply add your favorite milk, place in the fridge to cold-steep, and go to sleep. When you wake up you’ll have a hearty, cool & delicious breakfast option ready for you with no morning prep required.

And it was yummy!! 😋😋
